Venture Outdoors is a not-for-profit, member-supported organization dedicated to making the outdoor recreation community a vibrant centerpiece of this region. Please join our community by becoming a member of Venture Outdoors, renewing your membership, or giving the gift of membership to a friend.

We rely upon member support to continue to offer excellent outings, classes and programs.

• We make it possible to explore area rivers from Kayak Pittsburgh, our new kayak rental concession.
• We provide thousands of under-served children an opportunity to experience the natural world while building personal development skills.
• We recruit volunteers for trail and river maintenance and community events.
• And, we promote the region’s recreation opportunities through our online Website and newsletters.
